SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

  • All orders are dispatched within 48 hrs from the date of the order, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
  • If your order is placed on the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched within 48 hrs from the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a shipping address that will be attended between 9am-5pm weekdays. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name. In the situation when no one is available to sign for the delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left with the instructions for re-delivery.
  • Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes the tracking details of your parcel.
  • Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. During these times, please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered.

    AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

    • All orders within Australia will incur a flat rate of $15. We ship within Australia via Australia Post eParcel service which requires a signature upon delivery. Orders are delivered within 2 - 4 days to metropolitan and city areas. For the Northern Territory, Western Australia, rural and remote areas, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • All international orders will incur a flat fee of $45 AUD. We ship internationally via Australia Post Express Post International service, which requires a signature upon delivery. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 days business days depending on your location.
    • ALISTAIR TRUNG cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rests with the client. 

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Please note that the return policy outlined below is applicable to purchases made via our online store ONLY.

    • All purchases made through ALISTAIR TRUNG Online Store are unique to online. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any ALISTAIR TRUNG boutiques.
    • ALISTAIR TRUNG will accept exchanges on FULL PRICED items. We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed faulty by us.
    • All sale items purchased online are FINAL SALE, which are not valid for a return or exchange for reasons as change of mind, or if an incorrect size/colour is ordered. 

      REFUND CONDITIONS

      • ALISTAIR TRUNG will provide a full refund if the product purchased from our online store is:
        1. Faulty or not of acceptable quality. Please note, products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
        2. Does not match the descriptions made on the online site.
      • We must be advised of the faulty products within 7 days of receiving your order.
      • ALISTAIR TRUNG reserves the right, firstly to replace the faulty item for the same product, size, colour, originally purchased. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
      • We will refund the shipping amount to return the item and cover shipping costs to replace or return an item to you, if it is faulty.
      • Refunds will be processed up to 5 business days once items are received at our Head Office. Once a return has been successfully processed, the original payment method will be used to refund in full, the value of the item(s) returned. After we have processed your refund, please allow up to 3 business day for the funds to appear back into your account.
      • ALISTAIR TRUNG cannot process refunds through our boutiques for purchases made via our online store.

      RETURNS PROCEDURE

      • In order to return an item, please email us at shop@alistairtrung.com.au to register for a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please ensure that this is done within 7 days of your order being received, for the return to be valid. Please state in your email as much detail as possible the reasons for the return. If these reasons for the return are valid according with our refund conditions, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) number/form.
      • Please fill out the Return Authorisation (RA) form and return with the items and original receipt to:

      • ALISTAIR TRUNG will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We recommend using a reliable and traceable delivery method and taking note of the tracking number.
      • Once a return is received at our Head Office, the item(s) will be checked to ensure they comply with our return policy. A return assessment will be determined after which you will be emailed of the return outcome.

      BOUTIQUE PURCHASES

      • For any purchases made through our ALISTAIR TRUNG boutiques, we are happy to offer an exchange on an item returned within 7 days, with a valid receipt and in its original condition.
      • We are unable to offer refunds on any item unless the product is deemed faulty by us
      • NO RETURN or EXCHANGE on SALE items
